BOB the mobile home of the future
Perhaps “BOB the mobile home” is ready when I’m ready to retire. Being the free spirited guy that I am, having a mobile home that’s mixed between a tent, house and Winnebago would really support my active lifestyle.
Andrew and Buro cleverly housed the engine, gearbox and drive train beneath the front seats freeing up the entire van for my enjoyment. I especially like the concept of the walls folding down to triple the living space. I can’t imagine BOB costing too much, maybe half of my life’s savings.
Traveling is tough all around. As if having to strip down to nearly nothing and getting molested at the security checkpoint wasn’t enough, try standing throughout an entire flight! Standing room only is fine for a short bus ride to the rental car lot or shuttle. However, the proposed standing-room concept by Airbus is going beyond discomfort.
