As many of you may know, I’ve been nuts about the iPhone. Seeking out every bit of news and rumor across the globe, day or night. MY iTablet and the MY iTablet store is well on the way. I want to send out a special thanks to every single one of my staff members (Ewdi, Chris, Scott, Ahbao and others) for your support (even in my time of madness).

While I will still run MY iTablet, I’m starting to chase another “mythical phone” – the Google Phone (or g-Phone). In my opinion, the Google Phone isn’t going to just be “another cellphone” or attempt to be an iPhone killer. Google’s entrance into the world of the telco is massive, beyond anything we’ve seen (yet). So the idea of a Google phone may someday mean that it’s not in a form that we can touch or hold but the software that drives the device itself. That being said, I’m proud to announce the launch of Google-Phone.com (http://www.Google-Phone.com) - everything Google g-Phone. Armed with a staff of veteran editors, we’re ready to bring you the latest news, rumors and analysis on everything Google wireless.

I’m tired of the old advertising and sponsors business model. We’re going to take a different approach with MY iTabet by getting into the business of selling every possible accessory for the Apple iPhone.
Aradius Media Network partnered with Smartphone Experts Commerce to bring visitors to MY iTablet, the one stop shop for everything iPhone accessories. The big launch is scheduled for Monday July 16. 2007. We’re giving bunches and bunches of iPhone accessories away. Stay tune for more info.

Feel free to check out the new storefront at http://store.myitablet.com over the next couple of days. We’re open for suggestions as well as any other iPhone accessories you don’t see listed. We’ll do everything in our power to get them for you.

Regular readers may be aware that the guys behind SlashGear / SlashPhone / MYiPhone / Unbox.IT (among others) have been involved in a domain name dispute with Motorola since October last year. The URL in question is MOTORAZR.com, which we registered back in July 2004, and has been a source of cellphone related news ever since.
Three aspects of Motorola’s complaint were ruled on: that the domain name is confusingly similar to a trademark in which they have rights; that we, the current owners of MOTORAZR.com, had neither rights nor legitimate interests in the domain, and that we had registered and used it in “bad faith”.

The Palm Treo 700p, the announcement of which we covered earlier this week, is the latest in Palm’s long Treo line of smartphones. Available by the end of this month, the Treo 700p is Palm’s fastest PalmOS-based Treo yet, and brings a number of new features and benefits to the table. The Treo 700p joins it’s Windows Mobile-based cousin, the Treo 700w, the Treo 700p will be available from either Verizon Wireless or Sprint, and we here at Digital Lifestyle Magazine have been given the opportunity to take Palm’s new baby for a ride.
