Steve Ballmer egged at Hungarian University

I’m going to chalk this one up there as wah - completely under shocked.  Me under shocked?  No, no not me of course, but Ballmer.  Ballmer was preparing to give a speech at a Hungarian University when he was egged by some guy in the audience.  Yes, egged.  The protester launched three eggs at Ballmer while challenging Microsoft for “stealing” billions in Hungarian taxpayer money.  Ballmer was forced to seek shelter behind a desk.

  1. I don’t like Ballmer either, but there’s far better tactful ways of doing this, not involving egg-throwing. I don’t think the university feels really honored to have a student throwing eggs around like that.

    And isn’t it quite redundant how his buddy has an Apple laptop? So much for being free and open.
