[...] Actually, for blogger Nguyen, this is just another domain name disputes. He’s already scored one victory against Motorola in a similar dispute. [...]

I can completely relate to your UDRP case with Motorola.

This is what has happened to me:

Anheuser Bush, Inc. filed (and won) a claim against me through NARB to reverse name hijack (and take over) my domain name: shamu.tv (which was available for purchase for over a year before I bought it). Shamu (is a legitimate name, and .tv stands for an island - Tivoli) has been my nickname for 30 years and I purchased this name solely as a blog for my friends/family to keep up with me (no association with Seaworld). I submitted massive documentation proving that Shamu has been my name for thirty years. I also responded correctly (and on time) but still the NARB decided for Seaworld.

Since they won, I want to take this case to court. This case of monopolizing the internet has caused me hundreds of hours of work and stress. The trouble is, I cannot afford a large retainer fee for an attorney. I have been told by several (non-cyberspace) attorneys
that this case would bring notoriety (and probable financial gain) to the attorney that takes it. I have also been told that I have an excellent case (with tons of evidence). I just want justice against these corporate conglomerate bullies and my name back!

How is it possible that corporate giants with their overpayed in-house counsel can attack and take everything from an average citizen?

Does anyone know any attorneys who might be interested in the publicity of going after Anheuser Bush, Inc/Seaworld. and seeking justice for the little guy ?
