Bill giving Apple the bird?


Before jumping to conclusions, it’s highly possible that Bill likes to use his middle finger to point.  For me, the only time I use that special finger is to flip someone off (which I rarely do).  The other explanation could be that Bill’s subconsciously sending Steve a message.  Not a very pretty message but it’s pretty clear.
